Throughout the course of my life, I have had to face many trials and adversities. Some adverse situations caused me to develop perseverance. Other situations provoked me to alter my thought process or mindset. While a few difficulties, forced me to pursue opportunities that would expand my skill-set and knowledge. In either scenario, there was always a lesson learned or purposeful intent that I was able to associate with each trying circumstance.
I’m not sure what type of trial or adversity you are facing today, but I encourage you to understand that each situation can be used to grow and develop you. Know that adversity builds character. Character builds the inward man. The inward man who is able to persevere, adapt and change is now enabled to build, motivate and encourage others.
