There is Purpose in Waiting

There is Purpose in Waiting

Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) – But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Waiting can be one of the most difficult stages to endure. When waiting, one usually experiences moments of inactivity or delay of a desired outcome. As a result, feelings of hopelessness and despair can prevail resulting in the inability to stay focused on one’s goals.

Use the waiting period as an opportunity to strengthen your relationship with God. Unearth and develop gifts within yourself that have not been utilized. Undertake a new endeavor in your life that you wouldn’t normally have the time to pursue. Understand that there is purpose in waiting.
